Board Meeting Information

The SCTA May Board Meeting will be held virtually and in-person in the Lancaster Office, 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 starting at 10 AM. The Board Room is limited to a capacity of 24 people. In order to Satisfy the Sunshine Law obligations, the option to participate virtually is offered.

South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is the management organization that oversees the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) services in Lancaster, PA and Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA).  SCTA Board Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month and rotate between the Lancaster and Reading offices.
