Board Meeting Information

The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) November Board Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in person and virtually at the Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA) building located at 1700 North 11th Street, Reading, PA  19604.  The capacity of the board room is limited to twenty-four (24) people.  In order to comply with the requirements of the Sunshine Law, the option to participate virtually is offered.  Please choose from the following options below to participate in the meeting:

South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is the management organization that oversees the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) services in Lancaster, PA and Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA).  SCTA Board Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month and rotate between the Lancaster and Reading offices.
