Board Meeting Information

The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) March Board Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 in person and virtually at the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) located at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA, 17601.  The capacity of the board room is limited to twenty-four (24) people.  In order to comply with the requirements of the Sunshine Law, the option to participate virtually is offered.  Please choose from the following options below to participate in the meeting:

South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is the management organization that oversees the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) services in Lancaster, PA and Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA).  SCTA Board Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month and rotate between the Lancaster and Reading offices.
