Board Meeting Information

The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) August Board Meeting previously scheduled for 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 in person and virtually at the Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA) Administrative Building located at 1700 North 11th Street, Reading, PA 19604 has been cancelled.  The September meeting is expected to proceed as scheduled at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) Administrative Building located at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.

South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is the management organization that oversees the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) services in Lancaster, PA and Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA) in Reading, PA.  SCTA Board Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month and rotate between the Lancaster and Reading offices.
